SHOW SYNOPSIS: The scientific data is conclusive: obesity, allergies, intestinal diseases, learning disabilities, and high blood pressure, among others, are on the rise in Canada and increasing at an alarming rate. The most revealing statistic is that illnesses that were once associated with aging are now appearing in epidemic rates in Canadian youths. Studies from all over the world now confirm what many have believed for decades . . .good nutrition is directly linked to good health! Susceptibility to illness and infection, behavioural changes, energy levels, learning abilities, performance, and mood swings are often influenced by eating habits.
